About Product Pricing & Shipping

Please note the following;

  • There is pricing for certain items on this website and then for some items , for e.g.  branding items, there will be no pricing as these have no cost but will need approval before being shipped
  • All orders will carry a shipping fee and this is dependent on what items and how many etc.  are ordered, so each order will be different and will be calculated after the order has been placed online
  • All orders will have to be approved before shipping by the head of the Lubricant team – you (as the client) will NOT have to get this approved, It will be done in the back end
  • VAT will be charged on orders where applicable as set out by the South African Revenue Services. VAT on the web order may change.

Ordering Procedure

The process is as follows;

  • You may go online, browse product and select items you require and then ship it as if ordering online
  • The online ‘order’ will then go directly to Sapphire (Nicola), who will then get the order approved firstly,
  • And secondly, create an order confirmation including a shipping cost
  • This order confirmation will then be emailed to you for which we will then require payment
  • Once payment appears in the Sapphire bank account, your order will be shipped to you

Returns / Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchased items. If for any reason you are not, we will gladly refund or exchange the items, provided they are returned in their original condition, unused, within 60 days of purchase.


If in the unlikely event that an item received is defective, we will gladly refund or exchange the item if the fault is reported within 14 days of receipt of the item.

Should an item be found to be defective within 6 months of receipt of, e.g. zip failure, press studs falling off, we will repair or replace the product, provided the prescribed number of garments per person have been purchased.

Delivery discrepancies to be reported within 48 hours of receipt of goods.

VAT

VAT will be charged on orders where applicable as set out by the South African Revenue Services. VAT on the web order may change.

Shipping

Shipping Fee: Please note that orders below R1000 excl. VAT will carry a delivery charge of R99 excl. VAT (from 1 June 2022) . Should your order exceed R1000.00 excl. VAT, it will be shipped free of charge.

Please note that in the case of products with a product SKU (Code) starting with “CXA”, the shipping cost will be calculated based on their own weight and/or dimensions, if you choose to purchase it, the shipping cost will be calculated and added after your internet order has been processed and before it gets dispatched. Do not pay until the shipping cost has been finalised. The default shipping rate of R99.00 for orders less than R1000.00 (Excl.VAT) and free shipping for orders over R1000.00 (Excl. VAT) do not apply to these products.

Cheques

PLEASE NOTE: Due to cheque fraud, cheques are NOT accepted as payment. Any deposits made by cheque into our bank account will be subject to a mandatory 15 working day waiting period to ensure funds have cleared, before any stock will be dispatched.

COVID-19 Specific Regulations

  • Customers and all residents within the immediate vicinity must wear a cloth face mask or a homemade item that covers the nose and mouth when receiving goods from courier and delivery personnel.
  • Customers must maintain at least one and a half metres distance from courier and delivery personnel.
  • Customers are encouraged to disinfect goods using guidelines published by the National Department of Health and those provided by retailers
